Instructor / Trainer Guide
This guide is for instructors and trainers of new techs and painters entering auto collision repair. It is the Trainer's companion to the Student Basic Skills-Tracker Workbook. This nearly 400 page spiral bound workbook guides trainers in the transfer of their skills to apprentices from a simple-to-complex sequence. It includes full-color samples of every skill that learners will be tracking in their workbook.
Fast Track Initiative
Some trainees can "Fast Track" their apprenticeship by having their skills validated, and then proceed with only the content representing "Gaps" in their skills development, thereby reducing total time to complete their apprenticeship.
