CCI Curriculum 

CCI’s online Collision Repair Training Curriculum is user-friendly and easy to learn. CCI “How to” processes provide step-by-step direction for your mentor/trainer allowing them to focus on teaching. CCI online curriculum, supplemented with the CCI Skills-Tracker Workbook, and Instructor Guide provide the detail needed for new learners. CCI utilizes proven teaching methodology to deliver real world original content that is complimented and enhanced with the I-CAR PDP Education Edition Curriculum. Students can access the materials using their Smartphone, laptop, or tablet, or on a PC.

 Internships & Apprenticeships:

 There are many ways to get into the industry but none quite like CCI apprenticeships. Each of our apprentices starts in a shop and are embraced into the industry from the roots up. Apprentices train with the best in the industry with a mapped out plan, tracking and measurement that they each have gained the skills needed to be successful. CCI‘s systems and processes introduce the skills needed from simple to complex. This allows the apprentice to build their knowledge and skills to provide impact to the shop while they learn. Each apprentice is guided on the path from eager and willing to skilled in an amazing trade in 12-18 months.

Basic Skills - Tracker Workbook

Learners use the CCI Workbook to track their developing skills. It includes every repair plan, repair SOP, Skills Poster and other resources in the CCI basic skills program. The focus is on 6 primary skills the collision repair industry has uniformly declared are the most valuable for new employees to become successful. There are also 6 Certificates available as students complete them in the workbook and in the online courses for the Tech Basic Skills Track working in the shop.

Online Curriculum

CCI’s online Collision Repair Training Program is based in Canvas, an academic learning management system that is user-friendly and easy to learn. CCI “How to” processes are easy to follow and provide step-by-step direction for Trainers and Educators allowing them to focus on teaching. CCI online curriculum, supplemented with the CCI Skills-Tracker Workbook, provide the detail needed to train students. CCI utilizes proven teaching methodology to deliver real world original content that is complimented and enhanced with the I-CAR PDP Education Edition Curriculum. Online content includes presentations, videos, handouts, and electronic textbooks. Students can access the materials using their Smartphone, laptop, or tablet, as well as in the computer lab or at home on a PC. Also, as a bonus, CCI has embedded quizzes and tests in the Program. CCI grades the quizzes and tests and reports those grades back to the Educator, allowing the Educator to focus on teaching. Repetitions of each skill are required to earn CCI Skill Certificates ensuring a student has the skills to perform real work on day one of employment.

Instructor/ Trainer Guide

This guide is for instructors and trainers of new techs and painters entering auto collision repair. It is the Trainer's companion to the Student Basic Skills-Tracker Workbook. This nearly 400 page spiral bound workbook guides trainers in the transfer of their skills to apprentices from a simple-to-complex sequence. It includes full-color samples of every skill that learners will be tracking in their workbook.

Fast Track Initiative

Some trainees can "Fast Track" their apprenticeship by having their skills validated, and then proceed with only the content representing "Gaps" in their skills development, thereby reducing total time to complete their apprenticeship.
